Shipping Methods

All orders will be placed in the order that they are received. Orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the continental United States (excludes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories). Merchandise on orders between $50 and $100 will be $9.95 for shipping and handling. All orders below $50 will $7.50 for shipping and handling. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. If an item is not in stock and an express shipping method is selected, the items will ship via the express shipping method once it is back in stock and/or finished production.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card for all first time orders if the billing address is NOT a PO Box. 30 days after the first order has been shipped and received, we can ship to other locations, such as your place of work address provided you are using the same credit card as your first order.

Return Policy

All returned items that ship via Free Standard Shipping will be charged a 10% restocking fee with no exceptions.

For all returns, please gives us a call at 760-477-8550 for a Return Authorization Number. All returned items must be unused, non-installed, new, and in saleable condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Classic Car Interior. If the item returned was a part of a qualified free shipping order and the order drops below $100, the customer will be charged the according shipping cost for the order. Please note that our return policy for speakers, stereos, and radios is different than the return policy list here and can found below under the Speaker, Stereo, & Radio Return Policy section.

Please include a copy of the original invoice when shipping the product back. If a copy of the original invoice is unavailable, please contact us so we can provide you with you a re-print of your invoice. If a copy of the original invoice is not sent with the return, credit may not be issued.
Items returned after 30 days will be given store credit. Credit on items returned after 60 days is not guaranteed. Shipping and handling are not refundable with the exception of circumstances deemed extreme by Classic Car Interior.

Please note that Classic Car Interior is not responsible for ANY third party charges. This includes costs incurred by a shop, contractor, or other third party attempting to install a defective or incorrect item. Please be sure that you and/or the person installing the item thoroughly check the product before attempting to install it in your vehicle.

Speaker, Stereo, & Radio Return & Warranty Policy

All returned items that ship via Free Standard Shipping will be charged a 10% restocking fee with no exceptions.

Radios, stereos, and speakers purchased from Classic Car Interior CANNOT be returned once they have been installed. You may take them out of the package to inspect components or even hold up to compare with your existing radio and dash. Once you install the radio it is yours. NO EXCEPTIONS. All Custom Autosound radios come with a 2 year warranty. All Antique Automobile Radios come with a 1 year warranty. If you experience issues, please call us at 760-477-8550 to help troubleshoot the issue. If you have any concerns whether our radios will fit your vehicle, please take all proper measurements and compare them with our product before installing.

Before returning any items, you MUST CALL the order desk at 760-477-8550 for return authorization. If your radio has an issue, please call 760-477-8550. If there is a problem with the radio, it will need to be sent back to the manufacturer to test the issue. More than 99% of all radios sent back do not have any issues and there are issues with wiring and the installation. Please double check all wiring connections, especially the ground wire.

If a copy of the original invoice is not sent with the return, credit may not be issued. All returned items must be returned in the complete, original packaging with a copy of the original invoice and all included hardware. It must have all of the items and be in re-sellable, new condition. If you received the correct product and you would like to return it, you are responsible for the shipping charges for the package, both ways. No shipping charges will be refunded.

There are no returns on special order items, no exceptions!

All of our radios come backed by a warranty from the manufacturer. Custom Autosound radios come with a 2 year warranty while Antique Automobile Radios come with a 1 year warranty. Classic Car Interior will replace any radio, speaker, or stereo which has been tested and proven to be defective by the manufacturer, shipped/labeled incorrectly, and pay the return shipping charges.

After 60 days, all returns will be issued a store credit only, no cash refunds, no exceptions. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 90 days, no exceptions.
